Cailler - François-Louis Cailler opened the first factory in Switzerland in 1819. Makers of the Frigor and Femina lines
Chocosuisse - Union Of Swiss Chocolate Manufacturers, the trade association for the makers of chocolate in Switzerland.
Goldkenn - This Swiss firm makes three different chocolate products of note. The first are chocolate bars packed in shiny goldfoil to resemble the gold bars stored in Swiss banks. The second is a line of chocolate liqueur bars flavored by such liqueurs such as Remy Martin, Glen Fiddich and Cointreau. There third product is boxes of chocolate cigars which are wafer rolls with a cream filling.
Laderach - Operating out of Glarus Switzerland Laderach, sometimes spelled Laederach, has been in business since 1962. The firms founder Rudolf Läderach invented the truffle shell which allowed for the large scale production of truffles. They have facilities in Romania and Germany as well as Switzerland and export all over the world. They make an excellent line of truffles as well as seasonal chocolates.
Lindt - Lindt chocolate is now available pretty much everywhere in the world. Here in New York they have a store right on 5th Avenue.
Neuchatel Chocolates - Producing bulk chocolate in Switzerland which is then turned into different chocolate creations in Oxford , Pennsylvania.
Swiss Delice - In the chocolate business since 1887. They produce the following products chocolate bars in Milk and Bouquet d'Orange. They also produce Chocobloc bars.
Swiss Prestige -
Teuscher - The production takes place in Zurich , Switzerland and then the chocolate is shipped all around the world. Try there two New York stores or order over the Internet.
Villars - They produce some nice chocolate bars in both milk and dark and with or without nuts.
