This upscale chocolate shop is a delight for the senses to behold.  The displays are all clean with a sparse futuristic feel
to them.  The piped in music and the dazzling array of multi colored chocolates create a hypnotic effect that soon has
you emptying your wallet for a box of these gems.  Design in the title of this enterprise is an apt description as you are
tempted to spare these lovely creatures as they seem to delicate and enchanting to devour.  Common sense soon
restores your equilibrium and you start munching happily away.  We do know a woman, of indeterminate age, who kept
her last Richart  as a sort of good luck talisman for quite awhile.  She claimed it was "to pretty to eat" and named it
Colonel Chabert after a character in a French film.  We of course thought she was quite mad but she seemed happy
with her little chocolate charm.  I inquired a few years after these events if she still had the chocolate and she chuckled
and said no.  For the record some of our favorites are selections from the Bulles d' Infusion including but not limited to
Green Tea wrapped with Grand Cru Champagne Ganache , Verbena Mint and Orange Blossom also both wrapped in
the same Ganache.  The Orange Zest Coulis is out of the world as are the Lime and Rasberry Ganaches.  Another
excellent item is the Roasted Almond Crunch Praline.
