This Soho boutique carries an array of exotic flavors. Seasonally influenced, the choices change on a regular basis. A
recent visit ( May 28, 2005 ) found an impressive selection of chocolate.
Three pieces that seem to always stay in stock are the Viola ( milk chocolate and violet ), Black Pearl ( dark chocolate
with Ginger and Wasabi ) and the Naga ( milk chocolate with Sweet Curry and Coconut ).
When you drop by make sure you put yourself on the mailing list so you can keep abreast of the constantly evolving
inventory.
They also usually seem to have a tray of samples and it's worth your time to try what ever is offered as it's all pretty
good and last summer they offered a few flavors of Ice Cream that were magical. As of July 5 they had summer ice
cream in. The flavors are Naga (white chocolate with sweet curry and coconut) , Wattleseed (white chocolate and
wattleseed) , Pandan (dark chocolate with a nutty, smoky flavor) and Red Fire (dark chocolate with chili and cinnamon).
